Conceptual Artist, sculptural, text based, pencil and pen drawings

Iím a conceptual artist and my work transmutes ideas into form, text, speech and action. I promote and enable conversations to take place and I make work about the after-affects and after-images of both trauma and kindness. Iím currently making photo, text and indexical work about female passivity, assemblage and sculpture about the threshold in pain where creativity becomes possible and where it cannot, recorded and live conversations about all of the above and Iím documenting an on-going program of Development versus Maintenance. My work prioritises people and new behaviours over objects. I facilitate a peer support group for women artists and deliver contemporary art workshops Ė all of which are conversations.
