Artist Support Days are one of the charity’s primary activities held across the UK often in areas of low arts engagement. They are the primary outreach means by which artists join the charity. They are planned carefully, often in tandem with a gallery or museum, and with community arts organisations and day centres in the locality giving artists skills in how to develop an online profile and log in to the Outside In website independently.
Artist Support Days tackle digital exclusion enabling artists to get their work photographed, introduce them to new digital skills and empowering them to have a digital presence through their own online Outside In gallery.
If you are interested in hosting an artist support day at your organisations or venue, please contact artist development coordinator, Hannah Whitlock on 01273 381311 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
