I love colour, shape and line. Especially how the edges of colours and shapes touch, or don’t touch each other.
I mostly work in the abstract so I can express how my mind interprets things that I feel or experience. I am inspired by patterns in my environment, ideas and concepts and strong feelings that I have: pain or loss, imagination or passion, hope or despair.
I leave my work untitled as I don’t want to pin the piece down or influence what a viewer might take from it. I want that freedom to remain, the allow the piece to breathe, to change.
