Betty keeps her camera with her all the time and photographs what she sees. Photography gives Betty a chance to show how the city changes, in case it is forgotten. Her work has become more diverse creating artworks using crochet and 3d models. She recently exhibited ‘The Dress’ at the Arnolfini, Bristol, a large crocheted piece based on an Elizabethan costume, as part of ‘Somewhere in the City’ an AIM initiated project and exhibition 2015.
Since 2015 Betty has been involved in Expanding Realities an EU funded international exchange program between AIM, CIT Crawford College of Art and Design and GASP, Cork Ireland and Debajo del Sombrero, Madrid, Spain.
