My drawings help me explore and understand the world around me. I draw family and friends and share my drawings with them as a way of staying in contact. I also draw celebrities, characters from films and TV. Recently, I have started drawing from photographs I take as I travel around the city, photographs that other people send me from their travels and postcards and other images that I pick up for inspiration. Making art helps me manage my anxiety and stay calm, it opens up the world for me.
