I enjoy doing art and painting because I concentrate and focus on my work. I contemplate while painting; it makes me stress free and boosts my confidence. I imagine and explore the images in my mind. I speak with my colours. I take inspiration from the heritage of my ancient ancestors and the extended family that I created. I feel better, more at ease and comfortable after working on my paintings. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved and created.
