From the artist:
This is a collection of Patterned work. Because I am registered blind, it is impossible for me to be a Portrait Artist or the Landscape Artist. I rely on patterns to make sense of the world I am living in. The first half was based on my memory as a sighted child and the last few Artworks as a blind person. 7. Out of Doldrums When I lost my vision, I went through a long bout of depressions. It took me a long time to accept my new found disability, and a long time to build my confident. Free from shackles to do whatever I want to do. I felt I was like a bubble floating away drifting along the wind.
