From the artist:
There are mountains and landscapes, towns, flying creatures and people. There are many overlaid characters with speech floating all around, there’s a tornado, a rough sea, a volcano with its spirit and many faces suspended to be discovered. Most of my work is about worlds within worlds. I use tiny marks to create them. They represent how small my world is since I was struck down with this illness. How contained and constrained it is. It’s saying look closely, that’s right, get in, get right in and understand, truly understand what this disability is like.
