I hand-make miniature works of art, tiny books and boxes. I use art to process thoughts and emotions; I disappear into what I’m doing and get caught up in the details. Being creative is essential to life. It has become a way to manage living with my mental health issues. I started making images during a breakdown. From that work I created my book ‘Inside’ – a direct and unapologetic visual account of my experiences, thoughts and emotions. Since then I have found my niche, I am happiest when working on tiny things.
