Outside In is pleased to announce that it has received funding from the Arts Council England for Gold Run.
Gold Run is a celebration of the 2012 Paralympic games and the inclusion of learning-disabled athletes for the first time in the Olympics since Sydney 2000. Glyndebourne, Carousel and Pallant House Gallery are delivering an ambitious multi arts project. The project aims to combine film, visual arts and a learning-disabled choir into a live performance.
James Lake, one of Outside In artists who featured in the Outside In 2009 exhibition has been chosen to create a large scale artwork that will be the focus of the live performance and which will be transformed into an art installation to tour during 2013.
