Now in its 31st year, CGP London's Open exists to encourage artists at all stages of their career from across the UK to submit their work as part of a large-scale annual salon show.
They are inviting: 2D works, no larger than 625mm (25 inches) in width, length or depth (including frame). Works must be ready to hang with wire or mirror plates (they cannot accept clip frames). 3D works, no larger than 625mm (25 inches) in width, length or depth (including plinth if supplied). Moving image works up to a maximum duration of 6 minutes including credits.
The submission fee is £12 per work (£8 for concessions). Submission dates are 24 July – 2 August. This year, Mark Titchner (Turner Prize nominee 2006) will judge the winning art work – the winner will receive £250 and a limited edition print.
