Outsider Art Around The World

Inspired by The Museum of Everything’s collection of work by “accidental and unintentional artists” Izabella Scott from the Telegraph started a search around the world for similar works by Outsider Artists. Jasna Nikolic, featured in the article is one of the award winners from the 2009 Outside In exhibition; suffering from Post War Trauma syndrome the work is colourful and detailed, filling the space with the theme of religious spiritual experiences. The British Outsider Artist Ian Pyper, who also exhibited work in Outside In 2009 is also featured, his work referencing tribal and aboriginal art. The images are an interesting insight into the range of Outsider Art not just here in the UK but all over the world.
