Remaking Picasso’s Guernica

To accompany Pallant House Gallery's exhibition, 'Conscience and Conflict: British Artists and the Spanish Civil War', the Remaking Picasso's Guernica collective will be leading a public sewing event that will continue the re-making of Picasso's Guernica as a banner. The piece so far has been created and continued in a range of public sewings as a collective project involving hundreds of people. You can join in this free event on Friday 17 October and Sunday 19 October (2 – 4pm) in the Studio at Pallant House Gallery.

All visitors will be more than welcome, and no prior experience of sewing is necessary.
